Zippers are included on mattress covers only as part of the manufacturing process and are not intended to be unzipped. If your mattress contains a zipper, DO NOT unzip the mattress cover.

Casper mattress covers should not be removed because they protect key components of your mattress, like the foam core, which is made up of multiple carefully designed layers of polyurethane foam, cooling gels, and other materials that differentiate Casper mattresses and make them supremely supportive and comfortable.
These mattress components should not be accessed as part of any process to clean the mattress, and customers should not remove the cover for any reason.
