In-Home Delivery and Setup is $249 + Tax, regardless of how many products you order. In-Home Delivery and Setup are available for all mattresses, Adjustable Bed Frames, Platform Bed, Upholstered Bed Frame, Foundation, Metal Bed Frame, and Casper Haven Bed Frame. This service includes the removal of your current mattress/box spring should you need it.
*Please note that the In-Home Delivery and Setup fee is non-refundable. *Removal follows a 1:1 ratio with the products ordered. An order with one mattress will be eligible for the removal of one used mattress. Likewise, an order with one foundation will be eligible for the removal of one used box spring/foundation. All mattresses removed using Casper's In-Home Delivery and Setup service must be in sanitary condition, to be determined by the onsite delivery team, and all box springs must be able to be removed without being broken down.
