In-Home Delivery & Setup is now available in Toronto, Vancouver, and Calgary for $99 plus tax. Eligibility and fees are determined at checkout.
After you place your order, we'll ship your order to our partners at Sleep Country Canada, which can take 2-12 business days. When your order reaches the local delivery terminal, the In-Home Delivery & Setup team will call you to schedule your delivery appointment.
On the morning of your appointment, the In-Home Delivery & Setup team will call you again to provide a 3-hour delivery window. Please note that your delivery window is based on the route and number of appointments scheduled on that date. We're happy to accommodate requests for specific delivery times where possible. However, please plan to be home to receive your order during the 3-hour delivery window provided.
Delivery & Assembly Services
- Our delivery team will deliver your Casper products to the room(s) of your choice and assemble them for you.
- If you order multiple mattresses and bed frames, each item will be delivered to the appropriate room and fully assembled.
- Products available for In-Home Delivery and Setup include: all mattresses, Essential Pillow, Original Casper Pillow, Aurora Bed Frame, Haven Bed Frame, all Lifestyle Adjustable Bases, and select promotional items.
Removal Services
- We will remove all packaging from unboxing and assembling your Casper products.
- Our delivery team will happily remove your old mattress and box spring, one for each Casper mattress or bed frame purchased.
- For example, if you purchase a Casper Mattress and a Casper Platform Bed with In-Home Delivery & Setup, we will remove your old mattress and box spring.
- Bed frames, headboards, or other bedroom furniture are not eligible for removal services.
Please note that our In-Home Delivery & Setup team is available to set up, arrange, and move Casper products only. If you wish to use your existing furniture elsewhere in your home, please move it before your scheduled delivery window begins.
Order Modifications & 48-Hour Cancellation Policy
- If you ordered the wrong items, you have 30 minutes after placing your order to request a full cancellation using the Chat feature on Casper.ca. At this time, it's not possible to add or remove individual items from confirmed orders.
- If your order has already been processed, our Customer Experience team will provide you with pre-paid return labels so you can ship any unopened items back to our warehouse.
- You may cancel or reschedule your In-Home Delivery & Setup up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment by calling 1-888-753-3788.
- Additional fees may apply if you request a change to your delivery date within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.
