For larger item returns, like mattresses or furniture, a refund is processed within 3-5 business days after its pickup was confirmed. For smaller items, like pillows, sheets and bedding, and accessories, this is usually done once the product has been marked as delivered and accounted for. Once the refund is processed, it can take another 3-5 business days for the funds to be posted to your credit card, or up to 15 business days if Paypal, Affirm or Flexiti was used.
If your item was financed, we always recommend that you continue making payments while we process your return. Rest assured, once your product has been picked up or delivered, and confirmed, you'll be refunded any payments you've made, and the remaining balance will be cancelled.
