You'll need to be home during your scheduled delivery window to receive the delivery. Our delivery partner will call you to schedule your delivery date once they have all of your products ready to go at their local hub. The night before delivery, they will reach out to confirm your 3-hour delivery window.
On the date of delivery, the delivery team will call you before their arrival to ensure you are home. If you miss their call, they may have to move on to their next delivery, and your delivery will be rescheduled for a future date.
