Yes, you'll need to be home during your scheduled delivery window to receive the delivery.
Our delivery partner will call you to schedule your delivery date once they have all of your products ready to go at their local hub.
On the date of delivery, they will reach out to confirm your 3-hour delivery window. The delivery team will also call you before their arrival to ensure you are home.
If you miss their call, they may have to move on to their next delivery, and your delivery will be rescheduled for a future date.

Please note that any cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late changes to your appointment or missed delivery appointments may incur additional charges.
